I’ll start by apologising, you’ve been lied to. The image you clicked wasn’t the image of the week; it was, in fact, an image I took over 20 years ago. But I needed a placeholder.

For someone who has always enjoyed photography, I do go through large periods of not taking photos. This week I plan to get myself a good early 2000s camera so I can go out with the intention to shoot. The phone in my pocket has removed the joy of taking photos and I want to bring that back. So once I've purchased the new camera, my objective is to take photos once a week and pick my favourite, and host it here to encourage me to keep my hand in.
